PENNZOIL PLATINUM® Full Synthetic Motor Oil. Description. Pennzoil Platinum® Full Synthetic Motor Oil is a fully synthetic motor oil with excellent detergents formulated to keep the engine clean. It comprises a special set of additives for the maximum engine protection which meets the industrial standards of the USA and Europe, such as ILSAC GF-4, API SM and ACEA. Pennzoil Platinum® Full Synthetic Motor Oil is intended for ensuring cleanliness in the most severe driving types and conditions. Features: • Highly active detergents • Cleaning up to 46% from the existing soot • Continuing cleaning of the existing sludge during the second oil change • Excellent protection from wear. BENEFITS AND POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS: • It actively keeps the engine clean. • It protects from high-temperature deposits which can be harmful for the engine. Applications: • SAE 0W-20 – recommended in low temperatures, for some new vehicles. • SAE 5W-20 – modern engines and engines of the previous generation, including 2001 and later Ford and Honda, and then Chrysler, Nissan and Toyota • SAE 5W-30 – American and Japanese engines, including General Motors, Suzuki, Subaru, Hyundai • SAE 10W-30 – engines of different manufacturers • SAE 5W-50 – can be recommended for manufacturers of older autos and for higher temperatures • SAE 15W-50 – can be used in very low temperatures. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND CERTIFICATES: Pennzoil Platinum® Full Synthetic Motor Oil meets: • North American requirements for American, European and Japanese autos and trucks with gasoline engines and turbocharged engines where API SM and earlier API categories are specified (all grades). • North American warranty requirements for American, European and Japanese autos and trucks with diesel engines where API CF is specified (10W-30, 5W-50, 15W-50) ILSAC GF-4. • ILSAC GF-4 Energy Conserving (0W-20, 5W-20, 5W-30 and 10W-30). • Approved for Chrysler MS 6395Q (5W-20, 5W-30, 10W-30). • Complies with Ford WSS M2C930-A (5W-20) and WSS-M2C929-A (5W-30). • Approved for GM 6094M specification (SAE 5W-20, 5W-30 and SAE 10W-30). • Approved for GM 4718M specification for Corvette (5W-30 and 10W-30). • Approved for Acura HT0-06 for turbocharged engines (5W-30). • Complies with ACEA requirements.
